How to Cancel
Cancellation requests can be submitted by emailing us at bookings@travelpilot.com or calling our customer support line.
Cancellation Charges
- 30+ days before departure: ₹500 processing fee
- 15-29 days before departure: 25% of package cost
- 7-14 days before departure: 50% of package cost
- Less than 7 days: 75% of package cost
- No-show: No refund
Force Majeure
In case of natural disasters, pandemics, or government-imposed restrictions, special cancellation terms may apply. We will work with you to reschedule or provide credit for future travel.
