Refunds are processed based on the cancellation timeline and the specific terms of the booked package or service.
Refund Timeline
- Cancelled 30+ days before travel: 90% refund
- Cancelled 15-29 days before travel: 50% refund
- Cancelled 7-14 days before travel: 25% refund
- Cancelled less than 7 days: No refund
Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 7-14 business days. Bank processing may take an additional 3-5 business days.
Non-Refundable Items
Visa processing fees, insurance premiums, and confirmed airline tickets are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
